About the Role

As a Returns Team Member reporting to the Returns Coordinator, you will handle the timely return of faulty bulky goods at the Home Delivery Centre (HDC). Your duties will include:

  • Managing escalated customer returns efficiently and effectively
  • Resolving credit claims with suppliers and ensuring compliance with service level targets
  • Contributing to effective processes and systems for quality records management
  • Collaborating with store teams to share knowledge of bulky goods returns processes

This role is crucial in maintaining the HDC's operations, requiring an organized and customer-focused individual.

Please note that this role follows a Sunday to Thursday roster, 38-hour week.

About You

We are looking for a professional who optimizes work processes, collaborates effectively, and works well in a team or autonomously. Requirements include:

  • Year 12 education
  • Minimum 3 years of operational warehouse experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Forklift license is advantageous but not mandatory
