The Goodstart Pedagogy and Practice team has set ambitious goals relating to teaching and learning for ALL children as part of the organisations 2025 Strategic Direction.

In order to assist in the above, the Pedagogy and Practice Administrative Assistant will support the delivery and reporting of the QRS (Quality Rating Scales) Program.

Where required they will also provide administrative assistance to the National Pedagogy and Practice team members to support teaching and learning for all children strategic goals.


Your Impact:


Liaise with QRS (Quality Rating Scales) Partners to ensure centre data is submitted through the QRS APP and that structural documentation is completed as required.

Generate centre specific QRS reports using the WEBI platform and check alignment of QRS scores.
Forward initial QRS reports to moderation team for approval.
Check QRS centre submissions have been uploaded into Team site for electronic storage.
Maintain QRS mailbox and forward inquiries to QRS expert services.
Maintain QRS booklet inventory and purchasing or distribution requirements.
Provide administrative support to National Pedagogy and Practice team as directed.

You'll bring to the table:

Have gained previous support related work experience.
Possess excellent communication and written skills.
Hold proficient skills in MS Office
Strong working knowledge of office equipment and systems.
