In this role you'll have the opportunity to...

  • Execute social media strategy for Fox Sports Australia including all associated platforms and accounts
  • Design and create content for all our social media channels, including photo and video editing
  • Work with producers and reporters to create original and shareable content to support what is happening in the digital editorial, broadcast and commercial spaces
  • Maximise referral traffic to our digital and broadcast assets
  • Leverage Fox Sports Australia's reach to design and execute successful brand partnerships
  • Execute strategy to build Fox Sports Australia's YouTube portfolio and presence
  • Share insights with relevant staff around performance of social content
  • Collaborate with marketing and public relations to expand the Fox Sports Australia brand into unique markets
Your background should include

  • Experience in a Social Media or Content role
  • Ability to work in fastpaced and spontaneous environment
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar editing tools)
  • Keen interest in a variety of sports, in particular: Australian sporting leagues
  • Ability to use a variety of Social Media platforms, particularly Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube
  • Able to work independently and on weekends
  • Understanding of social media trends in Australia
