Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest.
  • Develop and execute a social media calendar aligned with content and product launch plans.
  • Design and publish visually engaging social media content, including posts, reels, moodboards, carousels, and paid ads.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Designer and marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative ideas.
  • Schedule posts for optimal engagement using tools like Later.
  • Assist the Communications team in campaign execution, including HubSpot eDMs and website banners.
  • Monitor and report on key social media metrics and trends.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite and video creation tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics and reporting.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment and contribute creatively to projects.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools like Later, as well as HubSpot and email marketing platforms, is a plus.
