About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Content Coordinator to join our marketing team at Baresque Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing inspiring social media content that resonates with our diverse brands across a range of platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our brand's messaging and goals.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest.
  • Graphic Design: Design and publish visually engaging social media content, including posts, reels, moodboards, carousels, and paid ads.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our Senior Designer and marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative ideas.
  • Analytics: Monitor and report on key social media metrics and trends, and conduct competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Social Media: Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Graphic Design Skills: Graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite and video creation tools.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
