At Foxtel Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Creative to join our BALBOA team. As a key member of our advertising team, you'll be responsible for developing innovative and engaging campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop clear and persuasive copy for various channels, including TVCs, OOH, digital, and social media.
  • Collaborate with art directors and the wider agency team to create compelling campaign concepts.
  • Oversee pre and post-production, making decisions on casting, wardrobe, music, editing, and more.
  • Liaise with external suppliers, including producers, directors, and motion houses.
  • Pitch and present campaigns to clients, showcasing your creative vision.
  • Uncover insights and construct compelling creative strategies.
  • Work closely with account management to ensure projects stay on strategy, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Analyze campaign results to optimize performance and inform future creative.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of copywriting experience in an agency environment.
  • Demonstrated presentation skills, both internally and with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage projects.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for innovation, entertainment, and sport.
  • Arts, Advertising, Communications Design, or Creative Writing degree/AWARD highly desirable.
