The Role


In this IT Service Desk Administrator role, based in Richmond, you will be responsible for providing timely and high-quality resolutions to IT incidents and service requests across the Epworth Group.

You will be part of the Information Technology team and report to the IT Service Desk Team Leader.

You will make an impact by:
Acting as the first point of contact for all IT issues and requests across the organisation

Offering end users information or solutions from a list of known errors and solutions

Managing the escalation process to other teams as appropriate

Answering client queries in a personable and polite manner

Monitoring internal support incidents and requests as they are tracked in the Service Management system

Identifying improvement opportunities through root cause analysis

To be successful in this role...
You will be passionate about IT and providing outstanding customer service.

You will also have:

Experience in a 1st Level Service/Help Desk support role

Superior communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to deal responsively, patiently and politely with staff queries and requests for assistance

Well-developed problem solving skills

Ability to work under pressure

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks

Ability to operate as part of a team in a busy interactive environment

Experience supporting Windows 10, Microsoft Office and Office 365, MS Exchange, Active Directory and ITSM/Service Management System
