The Organisation


Our client is an international development organisation based in North Sydney who break the cycle of poverty for families living in disadvantaged communities here in Australia and overseas.

They have a culture of respect and caring and are a moving towards a significant growth period.

The Role
This role provides efficient and effective delivery of all administration and customer services within a busy fundraising team.

It is also responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all donations and ensuring supporters are provided with high quality care.


Specifically, you will:

  • Collect, open and process all mail
  • Record and receipt all donations and associated banking
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of all donor information
  • Ensure donors are thanked for their gift in a timely manner

Skills Required:

You will have good previous experience in administration and customer service roles and the desire to work within a values driven environment

Additionally, you will have:

  • Client services focus with a commitment to service excellence
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and time management
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Technological proficiency with an interest and aptitude for technology
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Ability to work in a team environment
