The Position
As our operation goes from strength to strength, we are proud to announce that we are currently searching for an experienced
Food and Beverage Venue Manager to lead and grow the team based at our most recently acquired site in South Perth.
Key Duties
- Mentoring and growing your team from the ground up
- Developing a landmark food culture, focussing on delivering a local and boutique experience where quality and innovation is key
- Cost control and financial reporting
- Driving the Safety Culture, initiating and implementing project ideas to continue our commitment to safety
- Establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
- Working across function, retail and popup operations
The Person
- Demonstrated operational management experience
- Passion to drive functions sales and management
- Commitment to innovation and quality, where your passion motivates a natural focus on retail and function excellence that will in turn drive revenue and engagement
- Ability to connect with key stakeholders and deliver superior service levels
- Commercially savvy and knows how to identify and deliver on growth opportunities
- Positive, supportive, ambitious leader with experience in carrying out personal development plans, staff training sessions and appraisals
