**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join our team at The Woodbridge Hotel. As a key member of our venue management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our venue, including overseeing staff and service standards, coordinating events, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the venue, including staff supervision and service standards
  • Coordinate events and functions, ensuring seamless execution and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including stock levels and staff performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve venue operations and customer experience
  • Work closely with the Venue Manager and other departments to achieve business objectives
  • Train, develop, and motivate staff to achieve high levels of performance
  • Implement and execute promotions and marketing initiatives to drive sales and revenue growth

**Requirements**

  • 2+ years of experience in a venue management or hospitality role
  • Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and staff performance
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
