About the Role

As the Materials Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Materials Planner in all company purchasing-related functions, ensuring all production and sales requirements are met and inventory levels are maintained.

You will be a relationship builder and drive performance in order to maintain the success of our growing organisation. Responsibilities

  • Monitoring stock levels and determining best quantities for ordering
  • Proactive management of all exceptions, including backorders, overdue PO's
  • Working with all internal departments to forecast and manage stock replenishment
  • Liaising with suppliers to maintain consistent stock levels on hand, manage expected delivery dates and proactively manage of all exceptions
  • Maintaining planning system data to assure the highest possible level of data integrity
  • Delivering required reports, metrics and analyses as needed in a timely manner
  • Build strong lasting relationships with stakeholders across the business
About you

  • Proven experience in a planning role or a recent Supply Chain Graduate
  • Ability to demonstrate technical thought and a planning mindset
  • Basic ERP/MRP skills (Experience using SAP is an advantage)
  • High attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of endtoend supply chain processes
  • Personal energy and desire to aim for best practice
  • Very strong communication and ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical aptitude and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
