Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Supply Chain Assistant to join our lively e-commerce fulfillment center in Tamworth on a 6-month fixed-term basis. Reporting to the Supply Chain manager, you will oversee all Inbound operations, collaborating closely with the broader Supply Chain team and Operations department. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless, timely, and accurate Supply Chain management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Inbound slot operations, ensuring the inbound booking tracker is maintained up to date
  • Handle the bookings inbox, addressing inquiries and prioritizing tasks for smooth operations
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure adherence to logistics standards and resolve any issues with service providers
  • Conduct daily stock reconciliations, identifying and addressing any discrepancies
  • Maintain SAP with the previous day's receipts for all warehouse sites and generate purchase orders as required
  • Coordinate stock transfers between locations, including consumables and off-the-shelf products
  • Generate daily reports and contribute to the development of data-driven products
  • Update master data in systems, including the setup of new SKUs
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in supply chain, preferably in stock and inventory management
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing, with various stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Proficient in ERP systems, MS Excel, and report generation
