Do you love all things fitness and health? Have experience with marketing automation? Our client located in the Northern Beaches area are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator.

Experience with Shopify, Tapcart, Yotpo and Klaviyo preferred. You will LOVE coordinating, executing a customer lifecycle program and planning campaigns. You will be working across primarily EDM, SMS and mobile app. Implementing A/B testing and analyzing of results.

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail orientated superstar to joing the team

**Key Responsilities: - Plan, coordinate and execute SMS/ EDM campaigns

  • Manage and execute TapCart campaigns, working directly
with the eCommerce Manager and Marketing Manager to

align with short and long-term strategic objectives.

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies
  • Analyse user behaviour and develop insights to improve our
customer journey and increase retention.

  • Implement A/B testing and analyse results to optimise
campaigns and drive user engagement.

  • Collaborate with the content and social media teams to
develop content that supports life cycle marketing efforts.

  • Monitor and report on KPIs related to user engagement,
retention, and growth.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve the customer
journey and increase retention

  • Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analysis,
campaign results, and consumer trends

Brand

  • Ensure all marketing assets and strategies are on brand.

You will have:

  • 2+ years previous experience in Marketing or Communications.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and marketing automation tools. Preferable experience with
Klaviyo.

  • Experience in writing copy and testing headlines.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive
engagement, retention, and growth.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
