Are you an experienced real estate Sales & Marketing Coordinator who absolutely loves being the backbone of a successful Director and their team? This is the opportunity you have been waiting for.


This is your chance to work as the right-hand person to a super nice, down to earth Director who has over 10 years of industry experience and Number 1 Agent in their market area.

They have a premium brand and list some of the area's most exclusive properties.


We are seeking a switched-on Sales & Marketing Coordinator who can come on board and support this Director by ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of their daily activities.

The Position:

In the role of Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with a successful Director

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and organise the real estate professional's calendar, appointments, and scheduling
  • Attending pest, building, and presettlements inspections
  • Attend photoshoots
  • Help organise property showings and open houses
  • Maintain and update the real estate professional's website and social media profiles
  • Assist in preparing real estate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
  • Some prospecting with full support and training provided
  • Proven experience in a similar role in the real estate industry
  • Available to work Saturday's (with a full day off in the week)
  • Proficiency in office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of real estate processes and terminology
  • Familiarity with real estate software and tools
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information
