What this opportunity involves:
We are on the lookout for a Property Services Supervisor to join us on our Lendlease account on a 12-Month contract.
You will be coordinating the day-to-day operations of a cross section of operational aspects of the Property Portfolio, overseeing the implementation and adherence to established policies and procedures.
Success in this role will be dictated by your positive approach to meeting the needs of the client whilst managing tenant expectations.
You will need to be empathetic towards tenant needs and demonstrate a strong customer service ethic, comfortably communicating with various stakeholders.
An Overview of the role:
Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory authorities in relation to property maintenance
Conduct periodic reviews of work practices, ensuring compliance with workplace and state OH&S legislation
Coordinate management of property services to be carried out within properties
Active involvement in developing and upholding property due diligence programs
Maintenance of JLL Planned Preventative Maintenance System and other databases
Procurement of materials and resources to ensure minimum disruption to tenants
Identification of conservation initiatives in line with JLL sustainability program
Preparation of tender and contract documentation, including sourcing pricing
Involved in preparing annual property operations and capital works budgets
Auditing and management review obligations

Tertiary qualification desirable, trade certificate will be favourably considered
Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight operational and financial deadlines
Positive approach to meeting client needs whilst maintaining tenant expectations
Microsoft Office suite proficiency
Stakeholder management and relationship building
Familiarity with OH&S requirements and legislation
