As the Product Delivery Manager, you'll act as the conductor of our digital orchestra, overseeing product owners for Web & Marketing, Learning Technologies, and Salesforce. Your primary responsibility? Managing enhancements and initiatives throughout the entire technical product lifecycle, seamlessly integrating them into RMIT Online's digital ecosystem. You will lead the way in evaluating and optimizing digital product delivery processes/tools to improve efficiency, user experience, and stakeholder engagement.

But here's the twist: you won't simply lead from a distance. You'll be an integral part of the technical leadership team, focusing on enhancing our team's capabilities. Collaborating across RMIT and RMIT Online, you'll tackle challenges head-on, balancing your product management and project management expertise.

Effective stakeholder communication is crucial in this role. You'll be responsible for ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and partners at every stage. Collaboration will be your strength as you closely collaborate with Digital Solutions, UI/UX teams, and key business users to define user flows and design improvements. Establishing positive relationships with internal stakeholders will be vital for successful product delivery.

Adopting Agile practices is paramount. Working closely with the Head of Engineering, you will identify delivery dependencies for proposed technology solutions. As the Scrum Master for various cross-functional product teams (squads), you will be instrumental in eliminating obstacles that hinder the team's progress. Monitoring progress, adjusting plans, and ensuring timely delivery will be a natural part of your role.

Analytics and insights will be central to your role. You'll develop comprehensive analytics on product performance and process management, analyzing data to support project requirements and decision-making. Staying abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes that affect product delivery will be critical for your success. When it comes to metrics and analytics, you will collaborate with the Head of Data and Insights to develop new requirements and insights.

Mondays start with our team check-in—a therapeutic session to kick off the week. We prioritize, plan, and perhaps delve into risk management (cue the dramatic music).

Tuesday and Wednesday are filled with scrum meetings and abundant collaboration. You'll engage with the Head of Engineering, designers, UX researchers, and even the marketing specialists to ensure a seamless product experience.

By Thursday and Friday, it's time to delve into metrics and reports. We'll scrutinize data meticulously, refine documentation, and strategize for the upcoming sprint. It's all about attention to detail and striving for perfection.
