In this role you will:

  • Develop and implement effective coordinated communications strategy to drive brand awareness, thought leadership, employee engagement and lead & demand generation in line with the business strategy, vision and growth objectives.
  • Provide executive support and acting as a trusted adviser and consultant to management teams to define their appropriate communication requirements and give feedback and mentorship as needed.
  • Act as crisis communications liaison, screening, supervising and actioning potential issues, working with local and global colleagues to mitigate impact.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all deliverables to optimally represent the company's brand and solutions to customers, prospects, employees, partners and media.
  • Work in close collaboration and cocreation (where possible) with other departments, and internal/external partners to build a strong network of contacts and share standard methodology communication campaign, concepts and materials.

  • You are an experienced corporate communications professional and have working in an international and matrix structured organisation.
  • Strong influencing and teamwork skills, and experience in managing suppliers.
  • Previous experience in budget planning, financial management, developing internal and external communications plans, and change management
