Reporting to the Coordinator Community Wellbeing, this new influential role will contribute to the planning, coordination and delivery of the Council's Croydon Community Wellbeing Precinct (CCWP) in partnership with key Council service areas.


You will represent the interests and needs of CCWP end users and service providers and work closely with Council's design team and governance group.

In addition, you will contribute to the preparation of governance models to enable CCWP hub operations.

The role involves undertaking relevant stakeholder engagement by liaising with current and future CCWP tenants and end users and contributing to community-led visioning for the precinct.

You will also establish and facilitate new CCWP partnerships and assist with investment attraction and grant funding activities.


You will have degree qualifications in community wellbeing, community engagement, community development, social planning, social sciences, project management or other relevant discipline.

Flexible working arrangements can be negotiated for this role.

As part of our selection process, you may be required to have pre-employment checks. (Psychometric Assessment, Medical, CrimCheck and Working with Children Clearance).
