Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out sales order data entry for allocated customer accounts
  • Reporting on the order status of spare parts
  • Assisting customers with tracking the delivery status of spare parts
  • Maintenance of Customer Master Data
  • Process Returns/Credits/CAR's and Cash Sale EFTPOS transactions
  • Assisting Sales teams with Pricing, On time Delivery reporting Price management and Finance with invoice queries

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a combined customer service and administration role
  • Experience in Sales Administration (Highly Desirable)
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge using Microsoft Suite programs
  • Possess a positive cando attitude
  • Experience using SAP or Ariba (Highly Desirable)
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requires and time manage your tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
