As the
Marketing Executive at
Westfield Marion shopping centre for a 12-month fixed-term-contract you will support the Brand Experience/Marketing Team to deliver best in class executions of marketing strategies, in addition to driving superior centre performance.


In this busy and challenging role, you'll work alongside the Brand Experience team on marketing strategy, events and communications, as well as play a key role in the broader Customer Experience Team.

Day to day, your main responsibilities will include (but not be limited to)

  • Bring to life key centre campaigns from conception to execution (including timelines and budgets), with a focus on fashion, beauty and lifestyle, in conjunction with the Brand Experience Manager. Key moments in the Doncaster calendar include (but are not limited to); Melbourne Fashion Festival partnership, Lunar New Year, Autumn and Spring fashion and Christmas.
  • Developing and executing local implementation of the digital strategy to deliver customerfocused needs across owned, earnt and bought channels in conjunction with the Brand Experience Manager
  • Providing inputs for the centres Brand Experience Plan with a focus on retail energy, and local priorities and pillars/programs, so that budget and resource can be aligned with the Customer Experience Strategic Focus and Strategic Asset Plans.
  • Assisting with the preparation and management of the annual centre Brand Experience income and expense budget, including sourcing quotes, creating purchase orders, generating accruals, processing invoices and reforecasting.
  • Working effectively with agencies and external suppliers to deliver quality creative assets and services on time and on budget
  • Gaining an understanding of customer's needs by analysing insights, listening tools, and researching data
This role will be offered as a 12-month fixed term contract, based at the Westfield Marion Shopping Centre.

We are also looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience within a marketing role, where you've had exposure to brand management, digital & social media, event management, and public relations
  • Ability to make decisions, be accountable, meet/exceed goals and achieve highquality results
  • Someone who has a customer centric mindset and puts the customer at the heart of all decisions
  • A qualification would be preferable within in Marketing or a related field, but not essential
  • Skills communication, brand management, customer experience/guest services, digital & social, media & PR, event management, research & analysis, negotiating
  • Attention to detail and excellence in execution
  • Ability to adapt to a 7 day a week dynamic environment
