Key responsibilities for this role:

  • Identifying and proactively resolving IT issues, primarily for the Brisbane CBD & Gold Coast offices
  • Providing first and second level hardware and software support
  • Adhering to processes and documenting procedures accordingly
  • Making upgrade and replacement recommendations as necessary
  • Proactively building the IT brand via local delivery of customer facing technology initiatives
  • Participation in IT projects

Key technologies supported in this role:

  • Windows 10 and Windows 11
  • MS Office 365 – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, One Note, One Drive, SharePoint
  • Citrix
  • MS Teams
  • Audio and Visual (conferencing)
  • SCCM and Intune

To excel in this role, you need:

  • Tertiary qualifications and proven work experience in a sole IT customer support role in a corporate office setting
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in similar IT support roles
  • Strong organization skills to handle a busy workload autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills and client focus
  • Experience in hardware lifecycle management is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Microsoft applications and networks
  • Ability to build business relationships and serve senior management
  • Confidence in delivering information sessions or training as needed
  • ITIL V3 certification essential, V4 desirable
  • Desirably familiar with Windows 11 and Intune
