ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a reliable, friendly and fast learning person to join our Securities Check Team.

You will be joining a team of specialists in running PPSR (Personal Property Security Register) checks on all assets to ensure maximum accuracy prior to sale.

PPSR checks are run using our own specialised software and we provide full on the job training.

Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm at our Salisbury branch. In this role, we are looking for someone with high attention to detail and enthusiasm for change.

This role will eventually offer flexible work options around working from home some days as well as the branch - we're experiencing a lot of change at the moment and want to keep as many people working in our branches as possible while we ride the wave to share information and for training
reasons.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Using our specialised auction system to conduct PPSR checks to ensure all assets have a clear tile before sale
  • WOVR (Written Off Vehicle Register) checks
  • Problem solving and investigation of issues relating to the above
  • Ensuring a high level of communication within the team
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to solve problems encumbrances and WOVR differences
  • Supporting internal departments to meet their objectives

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
  • Understanding of PPSR and WOVR requirements, previous experience is highly advantageous but not required
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel)
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
