The Company
My client is a renowned player in the heavy plant, agriculture and automotive industry, based south of Brisbane.

The Role
You will be joining a close-knit team of professionals in our Brisbane office. Although there may be occasional tractor breakdowns and customer concerns, the number of incidents is typically low. The role will require some travel to dealerships within Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Support and resolve technical problems related to tractors and agricultural equipment.
  • Identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the warranty process.
  • Conduct training sessions for dealership staff to update them on product enhancements and technical specifications.
  • Handle dealer warranty claims and customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Demonstrate a high level of technical expertise and proficiency in diesel mechanics.
  • Maintain regular communication and coordination with dealerships and the head office.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the agriculture tractor industry
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Background in original equipment (OE) manufacturing or dealerships is preferred.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with dealerships and resolve concerns.
  • Familiarity with the tractor warranty process and related documentation
  • Previous experience in diesel mechanics would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
