We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and dynamic administration officer to work part-time (22.8 hours per week - flexible), for our Ranger Service and Operations Teams.


As the Town recently implemented a new
_Enterprise resource planning __(_ERP) system, this role provides the opportunity to enhance business improvements and map out our new procedures.

In this role you will handle a wide range of administrative support duties and handle customer service enquiries.


This is a great opportunity to join our Local Government, in a permanent role, with a salary range from $55,000 to $65,000 (pro-rata).


Skills & Experience
You will bring your strong computer skills background and process mapping knowledge.

You must have experience managing databases and record management systems to succeed in this role.

To be successful in this role you must have strong understanding of Microsoft Suite such as One Drive, Teams and Sharepoint.

You will be first point of contact regarding infringement inquiries and issuing parking permits.


You'll be a true team player, who can quickly build effective relationships and have a demonstrated ability to collaborate with staff and stakeholders.

Previous knowledge in local government or enforcement services is desirable; however, a willingness to learn will be considered.
