- Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of solutions within defined timelines and budgets, in collaboration with an analyst team.
- Proactively address and resolve IT issues and incidents affecting the portfolio, emphasizing the prevention of future issues.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic roadmap of our IT solutions to ensure alignment with regional and global directives.
- Shoulder the responsibility for IT account management functions, efficiently overseeing IT resources and cultivating positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities to translate complex business needs into practical IT solutions that add value.
- In-depth operational and technical acumen of the end-to-end supply chain process, particularly in transport operations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to establish and nurture relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
- Impeccable personal presentation and excellent written & verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, delivering outcomes within set timeframes.
- Proficiency in crafting complex SQL queries – (familiarity with visualization tools like PowerBI is advantageous).
- Over 5 years of proven expertise in designing, configuring, testing, and implementing IT solutions – (experience with TMS solutions is highly valued).
- Over 5 years of experience in systems integration design, configuration, testing, and/or support.
