Responsibilities:

  • Consolidation and Excel input of invoices from various outsourcing partners, input into the online banking system, and approval requests to superiors for payments
  • Internal approvals for various business outsourcing, etc.
  • Internet research on industry
  • Data entry into Excel
  • Other General Affairs: Office management (ordering supplies, etc.)
  • Liaise with Auditor
  • Arranging various booking for visitors

Requirements:

  • Japanese native level speaker
  • Similar administration experience is preferred
  • Visa holder of Permanent resident, Partner Visa, Australian citizen, Graduate Visa
  • No working holiday or Student visa applicant due to Perm position
