Resident Contracts Manager

The purpose of the Resident Contracts Manager role is to ensure that all administrative processes related to sales in Retirement Living and Residential Care are carried out effectively and efficiently, while complying with legal and corporate standards.

Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Providing operational support and establishing efficient administration procedures for resident agreements.
  • Issuing contracts in a timely manner, meeting all commercial, financial, and legal requirements.
  • Assisting in reviewing and adjusting prices to ensure optimal levels and compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Maintaining knowledge of Aged Care Act and Retirement Villages Act to ensure legal compliance.
  • Monitoring and updating contract templates to meet market and regulatory needs.
  • Contributing to the development of new contract terms to meet organizational and client requirements.
  • Effectively managing and developing staff to optimize their contributions.
  • Managing systems and reporting accurately.
  • Producing management reports through data analysis and drafting relevant information.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Degree in business, statistics, or science.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Aged Care Act and Retirement Villages Act.
  • Experience in Government/aged care sector interface.
  • Leadership experience with exposure to the BPR process.
