Job Description

Some of your duties and responsibilities will include;

  • Overseeing the smooth day to day running of the office and being the go-to for staff movements
  • Ensuring the office is kept safe, clean, tidy & presentable at all times
  • Management of Telephone & Conference systems
  • Maintain office printers including servicing, faults & reporting
  • Organising staff events and celebrations including annual Xmas Party
  • Assisting HR and Accounts with onboarding new staff and processing HO invoices
  • Book flights and accommodation for senior management
  • Mail processes; including collection/drop of mail
  • Order stationery, safety equipment, staff uniforms and kitchen items
  • Organise office cleaning, Couriers, Building Maintenance
  • Maintain various Internal contact databases
  • Collaborate with our QLD & VIC offices

  • Previous experience in a busy, fast paced role
  • Intermediate Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to 'multi-task' and work under pressure
  • Team player but can work autonomously
  • Effective time management, organisation and planning skills
  • Ability to close tasks out to completion
  • Ability to use initiative and make decisions
