As our National Director – Rural & Agribusiness, you'll play a pivotal role in driving profitability and operational excellence across our regional areas. Reporting directly to the Group Executive Directors, you'll collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure our organisation remains at the forefront of industry standards and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow the rural and agribusiness property valuation business of Acumentis both at a micro and macro level.
  • Be the figurehead for the nominated single contact point for client related enquires in regard to rural and agribusiness valuations, panels, issues etc.
  • To provide strategies/targets to ensure we are constantly in touch with our clients. This should include a full market analysis and identify potential growth areas and strategies to improve returns to Shareholders.
  • Support and guide the peer review process and seek continuous improvement.
  • Assist and encourage the organisation and participation in annual staff appraisals of valuers, assistant valuers and support staff within performance management framework, undertaken by Regional and State Directors.
  • Enhance and grow our rural and agribusiness property valuation and advisory business
  • Act as the primary contact point for client inquiries and issues
  • Formalise mentoring and training programs for Rural and Agri Valuers
  • Ensure high-quality valuation reports and adherence to company guidelines
