About the role:

The Customer Experience team in our Customer and Strategy division is at the forefront of leading our Group CX Strategy and ensuring its seamless implementation. This strategy emphasizes placing members at the core of the experience and transitioning from a product-oriented to a more member-focused approach. As we shift towards a unified Group-level approach, the Process Improvement Manager will drive significant initiatives focused on process enhancement and prioritization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Management of process improvement function
  • Engagement with business stakeholders and IT team
  • Benefit Realisation Analyses management
  • Leading Divisional representatives in initiative implementation
  • Initiative Prioritisation Process management
  • Accountability in Service Community of Practice for initiative progress
  • Active involvement in the Customer & Strategy team
  • Risk identification and management

Skills and experience required:

  • Lean Six Sigma qualification or similar
  • Prior experience in Business Analyst or continuous improvement role
  • Demonstrated track record of sustained improvements
  • Experience in financial or telecommunications industries desired
  • Process management capability enhancement experience
  • Understanding of process maturity models
