The Opportunity:

An opportunity has become available for a Level 2 ICT Officer to join our Business Systems team.

Your new role will be responsible for the triaging of IT support requests, initial diagnosis and response across multiple organisational sites spanning both the Adelaide metropolitan area and Regional SA.

You will liaise with users to investigate, troubleshoot and resolve computer issues, provide basic user support and help maintain the organisation's ICT equipment.

Your ability to prioritise workload, multi-task, and work collaboratively and effectively in a multi-faceted team will be the key to your success in performing your new role.


We are seeking a motivated person who:

  • Has strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Understands computer networks and troubleshooting responses
  • Can work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Has the ability to prioritise workload, use initiative and work independently
  • Holds a Certificate II in Information Technology or equivalent
