- Build partnerships and networks to enhance community connections and provide a wider range of programs.
Things You'll
Do:
- Undertake research to identify community and organisational needs and satisfaction levels via community and customer surveys or other current research methods.
- Ensure programs are offered to meet the diverse and changing demographic of the community and other variables.
- Oversee social media strategy, participate regularly on social media platforms and undertake staff training to ensure social media is used proactively and effectively to promote library programs and services.
- Help guide library strategy and sound decision making by participating in monthly Library Management meetings and inter division workshops and meetings as required.

Fine Print:

Package:$93,399 gross per annum plus superannuation

Hours of work:Permanent Full Time, 35 hours per week with the option of a 19 day month flexitime
