The IT Support Officer will be responsible for giving timely advice and support to employees as the first point of contact for any IT requests.


This position requires a friendly and positive attitude, confidence to engage with staff, and an excellent understanding of information and communication technologies, including hardware, software, telephony and Microsoft products.


What's essential:

  • Tertiary qualifications in ICT or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated ICT service desk or analyst experience
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and provide advice to employees
  • The ability to travel to provide support as required
