- Support the onboarding process and ensure smooth transition for new hires
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information

**About You**:

- Degree or Diploma in Business, HR, or a similar discipline
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and talent management software
- Solid experience in talent acquisition processes
- Strong customer service skills and stakeholder engagement ability
- Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, including report writing and correspondence
- Experience with technology and social media in recruitment
