The Talent Acquisition Officer will play a key role in enhancing recruitment processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering an excellent stakeholder experience. The role requires proficiency in talent acquisition processes and the ability to handle various HR-related tasks efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment processes
- Assist in implementing new practices for quality and process improvements
- Manage data entry, analyse recruitment operations and provide report recommendations
- Advise and train on recruitment processes, systems, and policies
- Support the onboarding process and ensure smooth transition for new hires
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information

**About You**:

- Degree or Diploma in Business, HR, or a similar discipline
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and talent management software
- Solid experience in talent acquisition processes
- Strong customer service skills and stakeholder engagement ability
- Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, including report writing and correspondence
- Experience with technology and social media in recruitment
