Reporting to the Head of Business Marketing & Operations, the Manager Partner Marketing will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of integrated multi-channel lead and retention strategies and programs for the Financial Institutions (Mutuals) and Automotive business, to help deliver on their divisional targets.

This role is the marketing delivery interface for the FI and Automotive distribution teams, bringing together the COE and Marketing team specialists as required to deliver the end to end integrated strategies and campaigns across paid, owned, earned and partnerships for our Partners Customers

Responsibilities in the role:

  • Lead development of marketing strategies and campaigns that Financial Institutions and Automotive dealers can deliver to drive growth through White Label or Cobranded offerings.
  • Lead the development of annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans in consultation with the FI and Dealer teams, Marketing division and Centres of Excellence.
  • Lead the Marketing interface for the FI and Dealer divisionsbringing together specialist teams and crossbusiness representatives, to deliver the integrated endtoend/ multichannel/ multiaudience marketing programs.
  • Lead the crafting of compelling propositions and marketing briefs that effectively position our FI and Auto partners in the market and deliver against business and financial objectives.
  • Lead the development of a library of integrated advertising, retail and owned channel campaigns that Partners can implement under their own brand, or as a cobranded offering.
  • Together with the Senior Specialist, Partner Marketing, ensure all advertising materials and campaigns are aligned and consistent with the Allianz brand and customer value proposition, and all communications are compliant and approved through the Public Document Due Diligence (PDDD) procedure.
  • Distil campaign, sales and competitive data and reporting to identify how to optimise marketing activity and investment.

To be successful:

  • You'll have experience in B2B, B2C Marketing, Advertising, Local Area Marketing or a related role, gained in a highly regulated industry, ideally insurance, banking or financial services.
  • Prior experience managing end to end campaigns either, as part of a inhouse marketing team or advertising agency
  • Solid knowledge of marketing campaign methodologies, life cycles, and common Martech platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in using customer insight, sales and channel data to drive value.
  • Exceptionally well developed influencing skills and ability to partner with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project, program management, budget and risk management skills with high attention to detail
  • Capability and resilience in managing multiple complex programs across matrix organisations, with multiple stakeholders and tight timings.
  • Ideally some experience within a marketing or agency environment, with demonstrated understanding of end to end marketing systems, processes and operations.
  • Demonstrated commercial focus and accumen, with advanced budget management skills and experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.
