Job Description:


The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience working in the Early careers recruitment space and will be used to high volume, and short timeframes.

You will also be self-motivated and comfortable with working autonomously, as well as working remotely across regions.

  • Preparation of advertising and position descriptions where required
  • Review and selection of strongest applicants
  • Provide assessment centre support in set up and also delivery
  • Provide interview support and guidance to managers
  • Update the Smart Recruiters Recruitment System

Qualifications:

years' experience in a recruitment role

  • Experience working in Graduate and/or volume recruitment desirable
  • Someone who loves being part of a supportive team
  • Tertiary qualification advantageous
  • Previous global recruitment experience
  • Experience coordinating virtual events
  • Ability to build rapport with a broad range of people
  • Strong Client service behaviour
  • Ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision
