Client Success Manager (CSM) - Tiny Home Kit Company
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Success Manager (CSM) to join our team at a leading Tiny Home Kit Company.
As a CSM, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued clients.Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing updates on the progress of their Tiny Home Kit orders, and coordinating meetings with various teams within our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal teams, including sales, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth and efficient communication and collaboration.
- Effectively communicate project timelines, milestones, and any changes to clients, managing their expectations throughout the process.
- Collect and analyze client feedback and insights, identifying opportunities for improvement and sharing recommendations with relevant teams.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and crossselling opportunities, contributing to revenue growth and client retention.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records and documentation in our CRM system.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations and insights to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in a clientfacing role, preferably as a Client Success Manager or similar position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills and the ability to navigate challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage client interactions and track progress.
- A proactive and selfmotivated approach, with a strong customercentric mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus.

From $45,073.70 per year
