We are looking for a motivated and highly efficient
Planning Lead
to **join our team in our Perth office.

This role will deliver planning and scheduling that promotes reliability, efficiency and optimum performance.

This role would suit someone with strong experience in engineering consulting or delivery of site projects in the mining and resources sectors and open to ad-hoc local travel.


About the role

  • Establish and maintain study & project schedules
  • Monitor the critical path and report any issues impacting the critical path
  • Work as part of the project team to ensure that schedule activities are accurately updated
  • Provide progress reports in accordance with the project reporting calendar, including resource histograms, progress curves and current versus baseline comparisons
  • Assist in identifying schedule slippage mitigation strategies

About you

  • Proven experience in scheduling & planning on engineering projects
  • Knowledge of creating and developing baseline schedules;
  • Experience working experience with scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project)
  • Demonstrated experience in schedule and cost interfaces
  • Must be able to monitor, report and analyse progress measurement and report performance.
  • Relevant experience in Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management within the mining industry.
  • Experience in project control, cost control in the field of engineering and construction will be looked upon favourably but are not essential
