This critical position helps OB deliver its business strategy and AOP outcomes by leading, prioritising, and managing end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of data, voice, and shared services products.
Successful, on-time, first-time delivery of a portfolio of projects is a key requirement - as are early revenue turn-on, reducing the cost-to-serve, and a positive Customer Experience.
Working closely with the Director - Fulfilment, you will be leading teams who deliver outstanding experiences to our customers at critical points in their Provisioning journey.
Own your career
You will provide strong leadership to the direct reports and recognised talent to pass on the development and coaching behaviours to their staff.
This role will play a key part in implementing strong leadership and facilitate a high level of acumen in operational, strategic, coaching and operational performance.
Managing the Service and Retention demands from a broad range of products and services with a highly skilled team, you will require tight management of shrinkage, schedules, workforce planning and process improvement to manage and remove workload.
The skills to pay the bills
- Advanced ICT operations management experience featuring diverse provisioning knowledge as gained in large contact centres either inhouse or BPO;
- Experience in expertly managing productivity and OPEX performance metrics, with solid SME around transformation;
- Solid large scale people and stakeholder management expertise, with excellent communication skills verbal & written;
- Sound knowledge of Contact Centre Technology platforms (IPCC and CISCO);
- Demonstrated experience in reporting on performance, underpinned by exceptional interpersonal skills; &
- Deep functional understanding of ICT business principles and operations, with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
