About the role and team

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Security Operations Manager to join our team at G4S, working on the DXC contract.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of security operations at various DXC sites across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a high-profile, fast-paced role that requires a proactive and self-motivated leader. You will report directly to the G4S Service Solutions Manager and will work closely with DXC's senior site leaders/managers.

Your duties will include:

  • Managing a team of security officers
  • Overseeing security systems and ensuring their proper functioning
  • Conducting risk assessments and implementing security measures
  • Developing and implementing security policies and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
What we're looking for

  • Valid NSW Security Licence, as a minimum class 1A
  • AGSVA NV1 Clearance
  • Experience working with the Lenel Security System and Enterprise systems
  • Experience providing evidence and attending audit meetings on physical security activities (ISO, PCI)
  • Demonstrated staff management and positive interpersonal skills
