An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Producer (Photography) to join a dynamic team at Brandbank.


Reporting to the Group Studio Manager, this role will be responsible for the end-to-end production of the monthly eCommerce fashion and product shoots.


THE ROLE:

  • Work closely with Group Studio Manager and Digital Managers on shoot schedules/deadlines.
  • Book photographers, digital operators and hair/makeup artists.
  • Liaise with Group Studio Manager and assist with talent castings/fittings and bookings.
  • Research props for photoshoots.
  • Create styling documents and hair/makeup briefs.
  • Coordinate shoot run sheets and schedules.
  • Track crew/talent rates and reconciling all shoot expenses across all brands.
  • Work with product teams to relay retouching notes to the photography team.
  • Track image delivery and ensure quality of images meet brand standards.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Diploma/certificate in Graphic Design, Styling and/or Visual Merchandising or similar field will be highly regarded, but not essential
  • 3+ years' experience in an eCommerce fashion styling/production role
  • Understanding of the endtoend product photography and motion process.
  • Experience in fashion/retail eCommerce photography/studio environment
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and problem solving skills
  • Able to work well as part of a team in a highpressure environment.
  • A problem solver with a cando attitude, willing to take on challenges.
  • Ability to work autonomously and without guidance.
  • Effective communication skills
