About the Role
This role will facilitate and coordinate suitable processes to achieve Government clearance requirements, including onboarding & offboarding, briefings, debriefs, and annual clearance refresher training as required by our Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) membership

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Undertake and manage staff security alignment, between contract requirements and the Security Register, in accordance with the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF), DISP requirements and and other applicable regulation
  • Manage new clearance processes and renewals
  • Conduct annual security training and compliance activities
  • Assess and manage complex vetting clearances, including the ability to prepare denial documentation
  • Conduct security confirmations
  • Utilise AGSVA and other government portals appropriately
  • Maintain company systems and processes
  • Create internal reports as required
  • Undertake other duties as directed
