Our client is looking for a super awesome, super enthusiastic female Disability Support Worker who will be supporting a super cool male client who loves tinkering with stuff.

Our Client is super intelligent, super switched on and is... well, super. Our client also loves sport.

Like, really loves sport - especially cricket and even though you may not share the love of the game, at the very least would be great if you were aware that there is a sport called cricket.

But you may be a footy fan - that's great too. Definitely not a deal breaker if you are not as enthused about sport, but it would help.


You may on the other hand be a music lover - that's handy because our client has a MASSIVE music collection of all eras and genres and really knows his stuff.

He is a self professed audiophile as well - nothing but the best sound.


or how about if you are just generally a decent human being? What a coincidence - so is our client.

So heaps to relate to and I'm sure if you are the ideal Support Worker then there is a lot in common.


Our client needs a Support Worker who is able to assist with transfers, provide support with personal care and support with Community Access.

Shifts range across mornings, afternoons and evenings.

Our client has requested his Disability Support Workers be vaccinated against Covid19.


You will have support in your role via a comprehensive care plan, ongoing training and support from our awesome Support Specialist team.

Your key responsibilities & accountabilities _

  • Be reliable and flexible to fill shifts when required
  • To deliver high quality support to our Clients in the capacity they require, the exact way they would like it delivered
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate for our Clients needs with our Clients, team & Support Specialist
  • Understand, follow instructions, and be responsive to our Clients needs
  • Provide support to our Clients as required
  • Have good rapport building skills and a gentle, encouraging manner
  • Have an interest in building a respectful relationship with our Clients
  • To support our Clients to achieve their NDIS Goals
