Locally, this role will report to the HR Manager (APAC) but you also work closely with a large team of senior HR professionals that will foster your growth across all areas of HR.
The role provides a clear succession plan for you to progress and develop, and over time gain more ER exposure and start to lead HR Projects.
- Guiding managers on probations, terminations, performance, and lowerlevel grievances.
- Processing employee variations, including changes to employment, pay grades, job titles, restructures, and org changes.
- HR Projects, including assisting with Employee Engagement Surveys, managing Reward and Recognition Programs, and Award programs.
- Providing HR Administration support, including generating contracts, onboarding, letters, and adhoc requests.
- Supporting recruitment on an adhoc basis.
- Involvement in process improvement, streamlining processes and recommending effective working methods.
- Generating HR metrics and analysing data to put forward recommendations to the executive leadership team.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline.
- 12 years of previous experience in an HR Administration/Coordination role.
- Strong accuracy and attention detail skills are essential and further testing may be required on this.
- Engaging and positive 'can do' attitude
- Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise a busy workload
