We're looking for people who are passionate about solving some of the most difficult and pressing cybersecurity issues, while having fun doing itWhat you will be doing Build, maintain and operate systems that enhance detection efficacy.

Lead a team of Security Engineers to defeat evolving bot challenges being experienced by our customers.
Collaborate and co-design the future of Security Engineering at Kasada.
Own the strategic direction and delivery of Security Engineering at Kasada.

Enable team members to grow in their roles, including training across and within teams to ensure high performance Be the key interface between the Security Engineering team and all other teams that interact with or rely on Sec Eng e.g.

Support, Success, Threat Intelligence, Engineering Drive innovation by building and guiding the team to build and experiment with ideas outside the norm.

Take ideas created by Security Engineering and enable them to be applied to our product in a value adding, visible and functional way.

Report on key performance metrics of the team.

What you'll bring Exceptional communication and prioritisation skills A quick thinker and mover, able to adapt to evolving situations, priorities and challenges Background of working on the tools but with experience and motivation to be in a leadership role.

Excitement to proactively solve problems.
Flexibility to work across time zones and lead a global team.
