We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join the Argon & Co team.

As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top-tier talent that aligns with our company's values, goals, and culture.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 3 years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent across various roles and levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
