Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic people initiatives that drive business value and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Partner closely with our executive team to shape and deliver our people strategy, aligning with our business objectives.
  • Lead cultural change initiatives and drive organizational development strategies to support business growth and expansion.
  • Develop and implement performance frameworks that promote a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Provide expert guidance during mergers and acquisitions, and support our business through private equity engagements.
  • Collaborate with our Board, offering insights and contributing to strategic discussions that drive business success.

About You:

  • Proven generalist People and Culture leader with experience overseeing strategy, performance, remuneration, and learning.
  • Experience working within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), retail, or e-commerce sectors is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated expertise in organizational development, including the development and implementation of performance frameworks and leading cultural change initiatives.
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions or private equity environments is highly valued.
  • A hands-on, detail-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a small, agile team.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, including our Board.
  • An energetic, optimistic, and adaptable mindset, with resilience in a fast-paced, uncertain environment.
