Pharma Care has offices around the world but as an Australian owned company you will be working at the Global Head Office in Warriewood, giving you direct access to the senior leadership and C Suite teams, streamlining access to key stakeholders and decision makers.

This opportunity provides you with not only a seat at the innovation table, but the opportunity to influence and drive the organisations innovation capability and success.

Lead the Innovation Governance procedures, processes and tools ensuring they are maintained and enhanced through continuous improvement.

Develop operating models to increase globalization of innovation projects focusing first on identifying candidates to be developed to meet ROAP and China market requirements Lead specific technical innovation projects from idea to commercialization.

Develop partnerships / co-development projects with strategic suppliers or organisations with complementary capabilities for ideation and specific projects.

Ensure there are appropriate reporting and analytics in place to track our innovation stories with a focus on increasing the profit contribution and return on investment Drive sku rationalization with profitability and strategic priorities in mind Support organizational capability development in project and portfolio management through training/coaching and sharing learnings via ongoing evaluation of new product and process outcomes Source grant funding for innovation projects / capabilities / infrastructure.

Desired Skills and Experience About you Skills and experience that will support your success in this role: Solid track record of prioritization and delivery of outcomes Exceptional communication and people influencing skills.

Capable of synthesizing and representing complex information into clear refined messages and visuals Teamwork and cooperation is vital in this role which demands an inherently positive and collaborative working relationship with teams across the business.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
An autonomous self-starter.

Highly flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities Knowledge and experience on process excellence/Lean Six Sigma is highly regarded Strong attention to detail Previous experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry preferred.

Exceptional skills in excel Practical experience with developing and reporting metrics
