About The Company Our client is one of the world's leading global pharmaceutical manufacturers and are well known for their operational excellence, passion for innovation and are an iconic Australian household name.
Due to increased workload, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administrator/Events Coordinator to provide project administration, events planning & coordinate day to day activities for internal & external stakeholders.
About The Opportunity Coordinate day to day senior administrative activities including supporting project requirements.Lead event planning & management requests & prepare activities managing event emails, playbooks & communications.
Effectively support administration of Steering Committees & SLT meetings including preparation of presentations & action logs.
Prepare supporting documentation for budgets & forecast reviews.
Manage building improvement projects & lead operational excellence initiatives.
Effectively liaise internally and externally with teams, providing administrative support.
About you Previous experience working in a corporate or professional services environment.
Previous events planning or events coordination skills.
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
Able to multitask, work independently & good time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Sound MS Office Skills.
