You will work in partnership with stakeholders in this division and the broader group, including business stakeholders to consult on learning needs, manage learning projects, provide data and insight into the effectiveness of the learning solutions and partner with the learning design consultants to solution design.


You will be responsible for leading the delivery of designed components for these teams, and working with divisions on their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.

Key responsibilities in this role will include

  • Working with stakeholder's across both this division and the organisation to provide advice on design principles. You will be responsible to ensuring the cadence of the learning is structured, communicated and aligned to ensure learning is delivered through appropriate business periods.
  • Using your Human Centred Design (HCD) capability you will work with the learning design team to ensure that learning meets the needs of our learners and regulatory obligations and CPD learning is catered for in all divisional learning plans.
  • Using appropriate reporting mechanisms you will ensure our leadership and their teams have the information required to ensure awareness of the calendar of learning, insights into completion data and provide reporting on the effectiveness of the learning that is delivered.
  • You will also execute governance practices to ensure annual review of learning content
  • Ensures regular review and decommission of learning is undertaken.

The Successful Applicant:

  • Learning & Development background in Financial Services, Investment Banking or Risk & Compliance
  • Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and consulting.
  • You will have an understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles, alongside industry insights will enable you to deliver high impact learning experiences.
  • You will be proactive in driving the learning agenda, can prioritise and manage multiple programs of work, build strong relationships and can engage a wide range of stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
  • A team player who has a collaborative mindset, enjoys engaging with a large range of stakeholders to influence outcomes, and is willing to learn is a must
